ARUNACHAL-ANOTHER DEBATE BETWEEN INDIA AND CHINA

It is of no concern to me to where and to which country, a part of land belongs to if humanity,peace and happiness exist in that part.
But,since time begun,and human race realized things,a battle was always there for the sake of land and this battle whether verbally or practically still exists.

Here i am pointing the cold debate had been always there since 1962 after INDO-CHINESE WAR,where Chinese troops infiltrated into the whole north-eastern INDIA . And in this modern era when CHINA needs a lot of resources to feed the millions,it has debate from a new beginning claiming ARUNACHAL PRADESH.

The Chinese have two major claims on what India deems its own territory. One is the western sector, is on Aksai Chin in the northeastern section of Ladakh District in Jammu and Kashmir. The other claim is in the eastern sector over a region included in the British-designated North-East Frontier Agency, the disputed part of which India renamed Arunachal Pradesh and made a state. In the fight over these areas, the well-trained and well-armed troops of the Chinese People's Liberation Army overpowered the ill-equipped Indian troops, who had not been properly acclimatized to fighting at high altitudes.

In this cyber era,Indian states like ARUNACHAL PRADESH has just started paining the nerves of the government.But,still as a brief description about the state,Arunachal Pradesh borders with the Indian state of Assam to the south and Nagaland to the southeast. Burma/Myanmar lies towards the east, Bhutan towards the west, and its boundary with the People's Republic of China to the north is disputed and the McMahon Line is not recognized by the Chinese authorities. Itanagar is the capital of the state. Although Arunachal Pradesh is administered as an Indian State, the People's Republic of China (China) and the Republic of China (Taiwan) claim portions of the state as South Tibet.The NEFA (North East Frontier Agency) was created in 1954. The issue was quiet during the next decade or so of cordial Sino-Indian relations, but erupted again during the Sino-Indian War of 1962. The cause of the escalation into war is still disputed by both Chinese and Indian sources. During the war in 1962, the PRC captured most of the NEFA. However, China soon declared victory and voluntarily withdrew back to the McMahon Line and returned Indian prisoners of war in 1963. It was the Chinese who did not advance farther and on November 21 declared a unilateral cease-fire. They had accomplished all of their territorial objectives, and any attempt to press farther into the plains of Assam would have stretched their logistical capabilities and their lines of communication to a breaking point. By the time the fighting stopped, each side had lost 500 troops.

India has a lot of it's territorial part under the possession of it's neighbor-PAKISTAN & CHINA.It tolls to 781140 sq km under PoK and 5180 sq km handed over to CHINA by Po K and 37555 sq km under China's possession.This is what on papers and under the same comes high altitude areas of ARUNACHAL.

Debate will be there over the topic and if it becomes inevitable possibly war will be there.No one,knows what will be the fate of this tribal state.People there are in no good condition (except government making some development in the recent post debate period) and things are uncertain to them even if CHINA wins it's claim over the remote-state;but one thing for sure to the state and it's dwellers is that for the time being they are just the rope used in tag of war .No one knows the complete truth,and even if one does he helds no honor to judge the fate of ARUNACHAL.

There are many moments in our life when we realise that had we thought about the future or manage the thing properly.But,no we won't change our attitude for who cares about what was the past?

Who takes the responsibility? As whenever the case is regarding an individual the answer will,obviously he need not answer anyone....and if the case is relating to a company/organisation /system everyone will wash his or her hands off the matter saying "I am not responsible for that" or "I don't know anything regarding that"

Well the concern is much more when it comes to the latter ofcourse.Because , when the responsibilty to maintain and manage is bestowed on an individual; why he/she isnot able to answer for the same......he/she is paid for that.Many companies/private industry/organisations even in the government sector has ended in peril(e.g-Hindustan Machine Tool).

Bad Management is in itself the sole aiding factor to finish something.And,the something is each and every task we undertake.For a low level employee it is his each day labour to be executed in a proper manner,and for a mangement level employee it is to take the responsibilties and plan for the next day and task.So,if anyone related to this system will move back,failure of the company is more picturesque. It should be always maintained that,for a system to be running well,no cause should be inevitable.It is not our home and no boss is a father,uncle,aunt or mother or no employee is a son,nephew,niece or daughter....it is a business-the only relations should be that of boss,client,employee and colleague.... In this manner if the company have a hygienic hiring attitude, it will for sure have a strong employee pool in the company. By selecting quality people, and by providing solid training and opportunity, it will surely have success even at bad times. The staff will be the key to success, and not a drain of resources. In fact, an entire attitude change on everyone's part is in order. Instead of seeing the bad times, think in terms of the opportunities presented by competition.

Bad Management comes when emotional attachment crosses the walls of houses and reaches your work desk along with you,to make your cousin,brother,son,nephew and distant relations take a position neglecting the capable one.You already set a barrier in front of the systems progress .

It's the responsibility of the manager to ensure that the financial side of the operation is fit for purpose.Expected cash inflows and outflows should be monitored. Weekly or monthly rolling cash reports should be produced. Cash should be centralised or pooled across units.

You can't be certain of making sense of financial fundamentals without these simple checks; they both avoid traps and provide opportunities for profit.Managers have to ask themselves some difficult questions. How and why were bad management decisions taken? Why were defects and defective attitudes ignored in the past? What can be done to guarantee that correct management policies are pursued, regardless of the economic climate?

Habits and values must be altered so the whole company has the aim of eliminating waste and maximising all efficiencies at all times. Even excellent housekeeping won't provide a bright future unless crisis management involves every manager going beyond his or her daily duty.

During recession, most companies reduce their employment levels. Avoid conventional wisdom, and emerge from the recession as an innovative industry.Reduce salary rather than dumping staff and creating a cancer in the system. Being a unique driving force in the industry is so much more exulting and profitable than being a 'me too a follower'.

specialized in engineering and partially dealing with the same model Aircraft.Like me almost all technical persons who are presently dealing with this Aircraft believes that the Machine is so flawless that it can't crashed unless anyone tries to crash it.AF447 was in no way diferrent from the one i am saying about,but it was fated to go into the unfathomable depth of mystery of it's crash alongwith 228 human lives of whom none were to found anywhere

On Sunday 31 May 2009, the Airbus A330-203 registered F-GZCP (in the picture)operated by Air France

was programmed to perform scheduled flight AF447 between Rio de Janeiro Galeão and

Paris Charles de Gaulle. Twelve crew members (3 flight crew, 9 cabin crew) and 216

passengers were on board. The departure was planned for 22 h 00.

Towards 22 h 10, the crew was cleared to start up engines and leave its parking position.

Takeoff took place at 22 h 29.

The takeoff weight was de 232.8t (for a MTOW of 233 t), including 70.4 tonnes of fuel.

The crew contacted, successively:

• RIO DE JANEIRO approach control,

• the CURITIBA ATC centre, which cleared it to climb to FL350 at 22 h 45 min 26 s,

• the BRASILIA ATC centre at 22 h 55 min 41 s,

• the RECIFE ATC centre at 23 h 19 min 27 s, the airplane being stable at FL350,

• the ATLANTICO ATC centre on HF at 1 h 33 min 25 s.

At 1 h 35 min 15 s, the crew informed the ATLANTICO controller that they had passed the

INTOL2 point then announced the following estimated times: SALPU at 1 h 48 min then

ORARO at 2 h 00. They also transmitted their SELCAL code and a test was performed.

At 1 h 35 min 46 s, the controller asked them to maintain FL350 and to give their estimated

time at the TASIL point.

Between 1 h 35 min 53 s and 1 h 36 min 14 s, the controller asked the crew three times for

its estimated time at the TASIL point. There was no further contact with the crew.

A point why the investigators are suspecting the speed computation of aircraft and related pitot tube sensing the speed is that twenty-four automatic maintenance messages were received between 2 h 10 and 2 h15 via the ACARS system.ACARS refer to Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting system,which time to time keeps generating and transmitting messages to ground regarding faults in the aircraft.And the messages recieved showed inconsistency between the measured

speeds as well as the associated consequences.

Now,there are many system responsible for sensing the speed of an highly advanced aircraft specially A330 and the pitot tube(A330 has 3 numbers for fail safe) is the basic of all(found in all aircraft) and the base for sensing forward air pressure,it in turn activates a modern means,an air pressure transducer(converts mechanical air pressure to calculated electrical signal) which gives the data to ADIRU.ADIRU is Air Data Inertial Reference unit,this system processes this data systematically with other data and gives a final accurate result.Here,Airspeed read by pitot tube to the sum up of integration given by ADIRU was inconsistent might be due to intermittent clogging to pitot probes.

In this ocassion pilot should always fly the aicraft rather than the autopilot.Mystery arises when one fault mesage was recieved showing discontinuation of AUTOPILOT,thats too by unexplainable reason.And since there are series of system involved in order to give the final output airspeed accurately,it is almost next to impossible to determine the cause and failure when u are left with debris and noone to tell the story and all clues washed away by the atlantic
